v3.3.1 Apology and Compensation Announcement

From around 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM this morning, the website was inaccessible.
Friends who came to cast a chart, do a Casting a Hexagram, or check today's dos and don'ts opened the page only to find a blank screen—
If we were in your shoes, we'd also feel a bit flustered: Where's the great fortune I calculated just yesterday? Where are the hexagrams I saved?

What happened?
To put it simply: Too many visitors, and the server couldn't handle the load and crashed.
We've been really happy to see more and more friends joining us recently, but we got so caught up in the excitement that we forgot to upgrade the server capacity.
It's our fault for being underprepared.

What's the situation now?
The issue has been fixed.
We've also added protection measures—think of it as adding a security guard at the entrance. When there are a lot of people, they'll be let in gradually so the space won't get overwhelmed all at once.
If similar situations arise in the future, recovery will be much faster.

Another thing to mention: the check-in bug
Some long-time users reported that they checked in but didn't receive their Wendao points.
This issue has also been fixed.
All the points that weren't issued previously will be compensated this time.

To express our sincere "sorry", we have sent 30 Wendao points to all users, which have already been credited to your accounts.
